HealthyFamilies, Healthy Kids is a consulting practice in integrative and functional medicine, not a primary care practice. I do not accept or contract with any health insurance plans. It is the responsibility of the patient or parent to pay in full. I accept credit cards, checks or cash. I will provide you with a receipt which you can use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Some patients have had success getting full or partial reimbursement but I cannot make any guarantees regarding reimbursement. Many of the lab tests that we decide to do may be covered by your insurance. Any lab tests that are not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient or parent and are not included in the cost of the visit. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about this during our initial consultation.
